Employment Lawyer Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid - 2-3 days office-based) Salary: £47,472 - £55,850 per annum + benefits Contract: Permanent Ref: RF-LEG-0224 Refine Recruitment has an outstanding opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a leading public sector legal team in Chelmsford. The Role: Handle complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims Manage TUPE processes and consultations Draft and negotiate settlement agreements Lead restructures and redundancy processes Provide expert employment law guidance Handle tribunal representations Required: Qualified solicitor/barrister Current Law Society or Bar Standards Board membership 2 years PQE (will consider exceptional candidates with less) Strong employment tribunal experience Experience in TUPE and restructuring matters Commercial awareness with public sector understanding Benefits: 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Local Government Pension Scheme Professional membership fees covered 4 paid volunteer days annually Comprehensive learning and development program Apply now!
