About the Role
You will work directly with clients to build job skills, explore interests, prepare for work, and support them as they begin employment. This contract role requires reliability, professionalism, and accurate documentation. You operate independently and set your own availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one employment readiness coaching
- Support clients with resumes, interviews, and workplace skills
- Offer onsite or virtual job coaching as needed
- Communicate professionally with employers when supporting clients
- Maintain accurate notes and submit documentation on time
- Uphold Career Focus standards in conduct, service, and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required At least 1 year of experience in education, coaching, human services, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license
- Contractor insurance (general liability and auto)
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening
