Sourcing & Procurement Enablement Specialist
Location: Poland (hybrid)
Type: Full-time
About the Role
Are you looking to build a career in strategic procurement with one of the world's leading commercial real estate firms? JLL's Sourcing & Procurement Center of Excellence is seeking an Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll be the engine behind our sourcing operations—managing vendor relationships, driving contract administration, and ensuring data integrity across global pursuits and transitions. You'll work closely with GEO Leads and strategic sourcing teams, gaining exposure to high-impact projects while developing deep procurement expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented procurement professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end sourcing execution and grow within a global Center of Excellence.
What You'll Do
Sourcing Execution & Vendor Communication You will request, collect, and analyze vendor quotations, benchmarking and validating pricing to populate client templates with accuracy and speed. You'll manage vendor communication throughout the pursuit and transition lifecycle, including notification packets, award and rejection letters, and go-live readiness emails. You'll also support low-level negotiations within agreed thresholds, escalating more complex discussions as needed.
Contract & Data Administration You will analyze client contracts to identify vendor requirements, then prepare, issue, and track low-value, low-risk supplier contracts using approved templates. This includes issuing contracts for signature, managing termination notices, and maintaining accurate supplier contract registers and VTD documentation throughout transitions.
Vendor Onboarding & Systems Enablement You'll own end-to-end supplier onboarding—managing Aravo follow-ups, verifying contacts, tracking status, and completing upload forms. You'll coordinate Corrigo vendor invites, complete PO registers, and provide supplier lists to finance for E1/POR system setup, supporting suppliers with tool navigation along the way.
Reporting, Documentation & Project Support You will maintain Smartsheet workspaces, dashboards, SSM files, and SPACE data, keeping pipeline reports current and preparing CRB sourcing slides. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, or contract administration
- Solid understanding of RFQ processes, pricing analysis, and supplier onboarding
- Proficiency with procurement tools such as VTD, Aravo, Corrigo, Smartsheet, Jaggaer, or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging vendors and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German is a must
What Success Looks Like
- High-quality, timely RFQs, pricing analysis, and vendor communications
- Smooth, on-time vendor onboarding and readiness
- Accurate data across VTD, contracts, and systems
- Consistent SLA adherence on turnaround times and supplier responsiveness
- Strong satisfaction from Pursuit/Transition Leads, Buyers, and GEO Leads
