Encompass Administrator

Basic Description:

The LOS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Flat Branch’s Loan Origination System (Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology). This role works closely with business stakeholders to design and implement workflow rules, business rules, new loan programs, and system integrations that support efficient and compliant loan origination. The LOS Administrator serves as a key technical resource for the Mortgage Technology Solutions team and plays a critical role in ensuring Encompass operates effectively across all business units.

This is a fully remote position. We are looking to fill this position in one of the following states that we have offices in: AR, FL, IA, KS, MI, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform including business rules, input forms, and workflow automation
• Build and implement new loan programs, product profiles, and pricing configurations within Encompass
• Develop and maintain workflow rules, milestone configurations, and document management settings
• Support third-party integrations including plugins and third-party tools such a POS, CRM, etc.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Admin teams to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, configuration errors, and integration failures
• Support Encompass Web administration and user interface configuration
• Manage user access, roles, and permission structures within Encompass
• Participate in system testing and validation for new configurations, upgrades, and patches
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, change logs, and administrative procedures
• Assist in onboarding new users by configuring their access and providing basic system orientation
• Stay current on ICE Mortgage Technology platform updates, new features, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on Encompass LOS administration experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Encompass business rules, workflow configuration, input form design, and user administration
• Experience with Encompass Web (browser-based interface) preferred
• Working knowledge of third-party integrations including credit, AUS, and compliance vendors
• Understanding of mortgage origination processes, loan programs, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience with ConnectWise, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms preferred
• ICE Mortgage Technology certifications (e.g., Encompass Administrator Certification) a plus
