🧩 Job Posting: Endpoint Engineer | Systems Administrator Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico Clearance Required: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) or Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC) Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity for an Endpoint Engineer | Systems Administrator to provide expert-level support for endpoint delivery, application configuration, and desktop imaging within the DHA enterprise. This role ensures secure, policy-compliant endpoint operations in a complex hybrid infrastructure serving military healthcare facilities worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Support deployment and sustainment of MECM/Intune endpoint solutions. Manage OS image creation, patching, and software deployment processes. Enforce compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST standards. Support mobile device provisioning and secure configuration. Maintain application baselines and support application packaging needs. Provide Tier 3 support and assist with Zero Trust and RMF initiatives. Preferred Tools & Technologies: Microsoft Intune, MECM, MDT, PowerShell Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS Azure AD, Hyper-V, GPO ActivClient, DISA STIG Viewer, SCAP Checker Application packaging tools Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science (ABET or CAE accredited), OR baseline IA certification (Security+ or SSCP). AND one of the following Computing Environment (CE) certifications: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or Microsoft Intune Administrator. Experience in desktop and endpoint engineering in hybrid environments. Knowledge of DoD security standards (STIGs, RMF). Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management solutions. Education & Certifications Required (Foundational – one of the following): Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), OR baseline IA certification (Security+, SSCP).
