As part of our Energy Services team, this role plays a key part in strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio. As Manager, Energy Solutions & Project Delivery, you will act as the critical link between customer engagement and technical execution—supporting day-to-day operations, identifying performance improvements, and leading project delivery that enhances reliability, efficiency, and customer value. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, working closely with building operators, property managers, and stakeholders to support operational needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. You’ll spend significant time on-site conducting technical investigations, analyzing HVAC systems, BAS trends, and operational data to identify root causes, improve performance, and enhance system reliability. You’ll also lead the development and execution of customer-focused solutions—ranging from operational improvements and energy optimization initiatives to preventive maintenance strategies and capital projects. This includes managing scope, coordinating contractors and internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Operations Excellence, Line Crew, and Supply Chain, you’ll drive execution, support continuous improvement, and contribute to long-term customer success by identifying opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen service delivery. What we’re looking for Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, hydronic systems, building operations, mechanical equipment, and controls Experience working with BAS systems, operational trending, and system performance analytics Proven ability to conduct technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships with a strong focus on service and partnership Hands-on experience working with building operators, facility teams, and property managers Experience managing projects, including scope, contractors, schedules, budgets, and customer communication Ability to identify operational improvements, energy optimization opportunities, and value-add initiatives Strong coordination skills across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders 5–7 years of experience in HVAC, building operations, energy services, technical support, or project delivery environments Diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, Energy Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field Experience with utility incentive programs, energy efficiency initiatives, or decarbonization projects is an asset Why Enwave At Enwave, you’ll work at the intersection of operations, energy, and sustainability—helping deliver solutions that improve how buildings perform and how cities consume energy. Compensation The expected base salary range for this role is $91,000-$106,000, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
