In just 18 months, Newton has become the most widely used software platform in the microschool sector and is on track to shape how millions of students experience school in the years to come. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You are a product developer who can take an idea and own it from idea to deployment. You speak to customers and understand how to turn their feedback into actionable items. You take an existing component library and build new features without waiting for perfectly crafted designs. You are truly full stack and can build for both front and backend. OUR ENGINEERING CULTURE We're a small, growing team built on flat structure and a bias for speed. We use LLMs liberally but know when to pause and code ourselves.
