About the role:

As an IAM Engineer within our Global Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable identity governance solutions that strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency across our global enterprise. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Saviynt and identity governance to help protect and enable our business as we continue to lead our industry into the future.

  • Lead Identity Governance Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA capabilities that support identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access requests, certifications, and policy enforcement across the organization.
  • Drive IAM Automation and Compliance: Develop and maintain joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access review campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) policies, and automated provisioning processes to improve governance and reduce risk.
  • Support and Optimize IAM Operations: Troubleshoot provisioning, entitlement, and access-related issues, provide L2/L3 support, and partner with vendors to resolve complex IAM challenges.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Security, HR, IT Operations, and Application Owners to align IAM solutions with business requirements, security standards, and compliance obligations.
  • Enhance the IAM Ecosystem: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, document technical designs and operational runbooks, and support the integration of applications, directories, and cloud platforms into the IAM framework.

What you bring:

  • Degree and/or diploma in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration solutions.
  • Professional Certifications: Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Identity Governance: Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access governance, application onboarding, certification campaigns, and compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.
  • Strong proficiency in IAM and Cloud Technologies: Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, GCP, Entra ID, HR systems, and cloud applications, along with familiarity with PAM solutions such as Delinea. Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud is highly valued.
  • Technical and Communication Expertise: Proficiency with REST APIs, SAML, OIDC, connector frameworks, and scripting technologies such as PowerShell and Java, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
