Engineer I Technical Support Quote and Order Management

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and effectively manage and fulfill customer orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling.
• Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
• Provide customer proposals, which involve the review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, managing pricing, lead time, and sizing related activities.
• Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address technical clarifications related to the proposal.
• Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities.
• Resolve order issues and raise them to internal workgroups as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or related courses.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be amenable to a 12-month fixed-term employment arrangement.
