Engineer - Infrastructure Support

The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for monitoring the core IT and customer specific infrastructure and providing 1st level support for Windows server platform on On-premises and Cloud hosting. The team operates 24x7 including bank holidays. Job title: Engineer - Infrastructure Support Job Description: Monitoring of Datacentre which includes timely check and reviews, Alerts, system logs, Disk space etc. and troubleshoot issues Working on server management tools for activities like patching, event monitoring, backup etc. Providing level 1 support for servers running Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 and applications (web portals, IIS) Reacting to client logged incidents and requests through Remedy Create Templates / Clones, create / delete Snapshots 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting Assist team with daily Backup failures, System Recovery with Backups Review System and Application logs Exchange 2003/2010/2013/Office365 Management and troubleshooting, Knowledge on Archival Solutions Location: Pune , India Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
