We are in search of a Engineer - Level 2 with a specialized focus on frontend development, to become an integral part of our team. Our ethos prioritizes collaboration and continual learning, with a strong emphasis on mentorship. Your role will involve coding using cutting-edge technologies; our stack encompasses Java, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Kubernetes. Operating within Agile and DevOps frameworks, we foster an environment conducive to innovation and growth.
Meltwater provides comprehensive media monitoring and analysis across various platforms including online news, social media, print, broadcast, and podcasts, surpassing industry standards in content and conversation capture. Through Meltwater's advanced social listening platform, we ensure our clients never miss any mention of their brand or pertinent topics across social media and other platforms. Our tool efficiently gathers data from a plethora of sources such as X (formerly known as Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitch, Pinterest, Blogs, Discussion Forums, Podcasts, and more, automating the entire social listening process.

What You’ll Do:
- Designing and executing front-end architecture to translate user interface concepts into tangible solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and exemplifying best practices in coding, testing, and integrating new functionalities.
- Operating seamlessly within an AWS cloud framework, harnessing its full potential.
- Collaborating across departments to develop cutting-edge software solutions.
- Conducting thorough assessments and offering valuable insights on pull requests within GitHub.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction and understanding the tangible impact of our products on their daily operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a full-stack engineering role
- Profound understanding of JavaScript and mastery of React concepts
- Proven track record with our comprehensive tech stack, including Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and integrating with third-party APIs
- Primarily backend-focused experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with critical thinking skills
- Outstanding communication and collaboration aptitude
- Inherent self-motivation, coupled with a fervent appetite for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in [Language] and English
- Openness to a hybrid work schedule, requiring one day per week in the office
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment is a prerequisite for this position.
