Engineering Delivery Manager

About the role The Engineering Delivery Manager is vital in ensuring the on-time and within-budget delivery of engineering projects. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that incorporate hardware, software, and system integration. You will build cohesive teams to conduct all R&T/R&D engineering activities. Managing cross-functional teams, including system engineers, software developers, and test engineers, is central to this role. Key responsibilities Ensure engineering deliverables meet on‑time delivery, quality, and budget commitments Build and guide goal‑oriented teams to create an efficient and integrated engineering workflow Improve project execution through advanced project management practices Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Drive process optimization initiatives using Agile, V‑model, or hybrid methodologies Manage engineering performance through Program Engineering KPIs Support regulatory, certification, and safety compliance activities for product reliability What we're looking for Master’s degree in Engineering, with understanding of pyrotechnics, energetic and/or inert materials Minimum of five years of experience in project management or technical leadership within engineering sectors such as aerospace, defence, or automotive Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, system integration, and testing Proven experience managing complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams Fluency in French and English ; German or Dutch is a plus Why join us?
