🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Engineering Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensure timely execution, and coordinate effectively between cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills who are eager to grow in a delivery management career.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Manage and track delivery of engineering projects from planning to deployment
-Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely execution
-Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
-Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate when required
-Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
-Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and documentation
-Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders
-Support continuous improvement of delivery workflows and processes

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
-0–2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or engineering support roles
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
-Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar (preferred)
-Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

🔹 Nice to Have
-Exposure to Agile or Scrum frameworks
-Experience working with engineering or technical teams
-Certification in Agile/Scrum (a plus, not mandatory)
