Engineering Manager

Overview and Job Description OneChronos is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of complex, high-performance trading systems that power our periodic auction matching infrastructure. This role bridges technical leadership and product development, working closely with both business stakeholders and engineers to design, refine, and deliver stable, highly accurate systems on time. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing engineering execution, accurately scoping work (including time and staffing needs), and contributing to production code. OneChronos is a fast growing company and this role will help shape and evolve our engineering process as the team expands. Our software and systems are developed in house and match billions of dollars per day of security transactions.
