Hightouch is building the AI-native operating system for marketing, and its Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP) is one of the company's biggest strategic bets. They're hiring a hands-on engineering leader to take over a pod inside the Agents team, and they're happy for that person to be anywhere in Canada.

What you'll do

• Lead 4-8 engineers building agentic systems that combine foundation models with customer data, brand guidelines and campaign history: content generation, context management, insights and campaign orchestration

• Own the pace of execution, and jump into the code during crunch sprints

• Partner with product, design and GTM, and own recruiting for your team

• Report directly to the SVP of Engineering

You might be a fit if you have

• 1+ year of formal engineering people management (not just tech lead)

• Hands-on experience shipping agentic or LLM-based products

• A track record at a high-growth startup or scale-up (think Ramp, Rippling, Databricks, Plaid, Airtable, or Canadian standouts like Wealthsimple, Clio and Ada)

• Bonus: founder or founding-engineer experience
