As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the product. You'll combine people leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. Why join us? What you'll do: Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers; Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning; Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development; Hire exceptional engineering talent. Technical leadership: Guide architectural and technical decisions; Partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product; Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability; Promote engineering best practices and high code quality. Product & delivery: Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap; Translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs; Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement; Ensure the team delivers secure, reliable, and high-quality software. About you: We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products as much as building teams. You have: A strong software engineering background with experience building production systems; The technical depth to contribute to architecture and technical decisions; Experience leading engineering teams in a product environment; A track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers; Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and stakeholders; The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery; Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Bonus points: Experience building B2B SaaS products; Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or data protection; Experience scaling engineering teams or distributed systems.
