Engineering Project Coordinator – Persian (Farsi) or Turkish Speakers

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator fluent in Persian (Farsi) or Turkish to support our projects in the Caspian Region on a part-time, project-based basis.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, reliable, and a strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate people, follow up on tasks and deadlines, and help keep projects moving forward.

An engineering background or technical expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering teams and project activities
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
• Follow up on tasks, timelines, and project deliverables
• Support collaboration across teams and geographic locations
• Help ensure projects remain aligned and on track

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Persian (Farsi) or Turkish is required. English proficiency is an advantage for communication within the international project environment.
• Experience: Experience in project coordination, project management, operations, administrative or organizational roles, or working with technical/engineering teams is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Work Conditions

• Work Model: Primarily remote with flexible hours
• Employment Type: Part-time, project-based
• Travel: Occasional travel and in-person meetings may be required for project needs or key milestones, including within the Caspian Region and Europe
