English Language Instructor

Company Description 4level1 provides comprehensive English language programs tailored to adults and young adults across the Middle East. Courses are designed in alignment with international CEFR standards, focusing on practical communication skills in all language areas. The curriculum emphasizes real-world communicative goals, supporting learners in achieving academic, professional, and social success. 4level1 offers both online and face-to-face classes, with in-person teaching based in Riyadh and remote instruction for learners in various locations.
Role Description The English Language Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to adults and young adults that align with CEFR standards and 4level1’s communicative curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in achieving their language goals. The instructor will also participate in curriculum development, collaborate with colleagues, and attend training or meetings as needed. This is a hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, combining on-site teaching and meetings with the flexibility to work from home for online classes and preparation.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English Teaching and Language Teaching, with experience adapting methods to diverse learner needs.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Effective Writing skills for creating clear teaching materials, assignments, and learner feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification is highly beneficial.
• Experience teaching in line with CEFR standards and communicative language teaching approaches.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Cairo, Egypt, balancing face-to-face and online instruction.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural sensitivity skills; experience with learners from the Middle East is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools and online teaching platforms for remote classes and learner support.
