We are looking for a proficient English Language Instructor to deliver engaging and comprehensive online instruction to students across Grades 1 to 8. The instructor will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting live classes, and mentoring students to enhance their English language skills. A strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, combined with the ability to teach effectively in a virtual environment, is essential. Candidates must have a passion for teaching and the ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs while fostering a supportive and interactive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to students in Grades 1 to 8. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on practical usage. Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning levels. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to improve their language skills. Utilize innovative teaching tools and software to create dynamic and effective lessons. Provide constructive feedback and track student progress regularly. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 2+ years of proven teaching experience with young learners, preferably in online education. Skills: Proficient in English grammar, speaking, and writing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans. Comfortable using online teaching platforms and tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, etc. Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection, a laptop/PC with a functional camera and microphone, and familiarity with virtual teaching software.
