There is no Mastree without any of those three groups, with our Teachers being the most critical one.

About the Role

We have two roles for you -

1) Trial teacher
Trial teachers are the face of Mastree and are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring an amazing learning experience for all students who are attending the trial lectures at Mastree

As a trial teacher, your primary responsibility will be to get the students and the parents familiar with the Mastree product and its offerings, identify the learning needs of the students and counsel them on how Mastree can help bridge the learning needs gap.

2) Regular teacher
Regular teachers are tasked with the responsibility of upholding the promise that Mastree and the trial tutors at Mastree deliver at the time of student onboarding.

They are responsible for conducting the classes for students once they have subscribed to our course and delivering The Mastree Experience to our students.

Employment Type: Part-time

Position: Online English Tutor (Female)

Grades: Grade 1 to Grade 10 (students from Age 5 to Age 16)

Requirement: Immediate

Location: Work from Home

Prerequisites: Good Laptop/Desktop (8GB RAM or higher), High-quality webcam (HD/1080p inbuilt or external), Stable Internet (Minimum 10 Mbps speed), Power Backup for Internet, Lighting and Decent Background
