About Mastree
Mastree is the World’s first outcome-based global
English communication + Public speaking
program for kids. Mastree is founded with the objective of nurturing kids for the future.
We believe in providing foundational excellence through the ‘Mastery Way of Learning’ with an ecosystem-led approach of students, parents, and teachers. The company was founded in November 2019 by Shrey Goyal and Royal Jain, both IIT Bombay Alumni and prestigious rank holders.

There is no Mastree without any of those three groups, with our Teachers being the most critical one.
About the Role
We have two roles for you -
1) Trial teacher
Trial teachers are the face of Mastree and are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring an amazing learning experience for all students who are attending the trial lectures at Mastree
As a trial teacher, your primary responsibility will be to get the students and the parents familiar with the Mastree product and its offerings, identify the learning needs of the students and counsel them on how Mastree can help bridge the learning needs gap.
2) Regular teacher
Regular teachers are tasked with the responsibility of upholding the promise that Mastree and the trial tutors at Mastree deliver at the time of student onboarding.
They are responsible for conducting the classes for students once they have subscribed to our course and delivering The Mastree Experience to our students.

Great command over the English language

Drive conversations with the students and parents
Presence of mind to handle parent queries
Believe in conceptual learning
Adapt to non-conventional methods of teaching
Facilitate the class with minimal supervision
Open to feedback and accept constructive criticism
Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
