About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and community-driven Student Recruiter to help connect youth and adult learners with our educational programs. The right candidate will enjoy outreach, relationship-building, and helping students take their first step toward success.

This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys networking and making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in-person at community events.
Assist prospective students with enrollment questions and application steps.
Represent the Academy at schools, churches, and workforce events.
Maintain records of contacts, applications, and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the leadership team to support enrollment targets.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, admissions, community outreach, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and mission-driven.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
