Exabeam is a leader in intelligence and automation that powers security operations for the world's smartest companies. As a global cybersecurity innovator, Exabeam provides industry-proven, security-focused, and flexible solutions for faster, more accurate threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR). Exabeam and LogRhythm have merged. About the role We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to sell the Exabeam and LogRhythm portfolio into enterprise accounts from our London office. You will own your territory end to end: finding the right accounts, earning the trust of security leaders, running the evaluation with our sales engineers, and closing. Security buyers are technical and sceptical by nature, so this role rewards people who do the homework and can talk credibly about how a security operations team actually spends its day. You will work closely with sales engineering, professional services, and our partner network, and your read on the market will feed directly back into product. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across the UK and wider EMEA region, from first qualified conversation through to closed contract. Build relationships with security leaders, including CISOs and heads of security operations, and understand how their teams work. Develop territory and account plans, and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM. Run discovery that gets to a customer's real detection and response challenges rather than a feature checklist. Coordinate sales engineers, professional services, and partner teams through evaluations and proof-of-value exercises. Work with channel and alliance partners to extend reach across the territory. Negotiate commercial terms alongside legal and finance, and manage renewals and expansion within your accounts. Feed customer and competitive intelligence back to product and marketing. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Essential A track record of closing enterprise software deals, ideally in cybersecurity or another technical infrastructure category. Comfort selling to security and IT leadership, with the credibility to hold a technical conversation unaided. Experience running structured, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, legal, and security review. Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Willingness to travel within the territory to meet customers and partners. Based in the UK, or able to work from the UK, with the right to work there. Desirable Understanding of the SIEM, UEBA, or wider security operations market and its main vendors. Experience selling through and with channel partners or systems integrators. Familiarity with a formal sales methodology such as MEDDICC or Challenger. Additional European language skills.
