About Loop
Loop is industrializing services through AI, starting with one of the world's most complex industries: the global supply chain. We're an AI-native company built to solve the systemic data problem that's held logistics back for decades. Our Logistics Data Platform turns fragmented, unstructured data into a trusted foundation that fuels automation, financial clarity, and decision intelligence at scale.
Our momentum is gaining national recognition. Loop was recently named to LinkedIn's 2026 Top Startups list, ranking #1 in Chicago, #4 in San Francisco, and earning a spot on the national list reflecting our growth, innovation, and the exceptional talent and culture driving our success.
Today, Loop serves >20% of the Fortune 100, manages over $30B in supply chain spend, and helps its clients save hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
We recently closed a $95M Series C and are backed by leading investors including Valor Equity Partners, Founders Fund, 8VC, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan, and more than 50 industry-leading angel investors.
Our team brings deep expertise from Uber, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Flexport, C3 AI, VMware, Box, UPS, and C.H. Robinson and we're looking for builders who want to help shape what comes next.
About the Role
Loop is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for our Commercial Growth team to own commercial relationships with a portfolio of existing enterprise customers that joined Loop through acquisitions. You will retain and grow this revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the products customers use today and new Loop products and services. You will also own the commercial strategy for each customer's migration to Loop's Logistics Data Platform, working with our technical and delivery teams to move from planning to adoption. Success will be measured by customer retention, expansion revenue, migration progress, platform adoption, and measurable cost savings for customers.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with a strong preference for regular in-office collaboration. Willingness to travel and spend time onsite with customers is important for success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Own the retention and expansion quota for a portfolio of existing enterprise customers.
- Build account plans that identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead renewals and expansions from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Use operational and financial data to quantify savings and demonstrate customer value.
- Own the commercial migration and adoption plan for each customer.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to deliver successful migrations and expansions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, surface risks early, and share customer feedback.
About You
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise technology sales or strategic account management, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven success growing complex accounts through renewals, expansion, and cross-selling.
- Strong consultative selling skills across discovery, account planning, negotiation, and closing.
- Comfortable using operational and financial data to build business cases and show measurable value.
- Able to explain technical products clearly to business, operational, and technical audiences.
- Able to build trusted relationships across levels and functions within a customer organization.
- Organized, curious, and comfortable managing customer migrations in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight audit and payment, or an adjacent industry.
- Experience working with parcel and non-parcel carriers, transportation networks, or carrier procurement.
- Experience with customer migrations, technical requirements, data integrations, APIs, ERP, or TMS environments.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base pay that Loop reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual compensation will depend on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for sales incentive pay (commission) and equity. This role is also eligible for Loop's benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave.
Equal Opportunity

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
