You'll be the day-to-day face of Everlab for our biggest accounts, responsible for driving member utilisation, running smooth implementations, coordinating training and event calendars, and setting renewals up for success. This role sits within our Enterprise function, dedicated to our largest corporate and insurance partners, distinct from our SME and Mid-Market segments. You'll own Quarterly Business Reviews and other senior-stakeholder engagements, and work closely with Corporate and Enterprise Sales, Clinical, Operations and Marketing to make sure every enterprise partner gets outsized value from their Everlab program. You'll report to our Corporate and Enterprise Lead. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney. Our team works from the office three days per week. Responsibilities and Scope Account ownership and relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale, building trusted relationships with HR, People and Culture, and Wellbeing stakeholders. Understand each client's goals and tailor engagement plans to drive measurable outcomes. Own and lead Quarterly Business Reviews and other senior and executive-level engagements, bringing data, insights and a clear narrative on program value. Utilisation and engagement: Own utilisation targets across your portfolio, identifying at-risk accounts early and running proactive campaigns to lift uptake. Analyse usage data and biomarker and engagement trends to surface insights back to clients and internal stakeholders. Implementation: Lead new account onboarding and rollout, coordinating with Operations and Clinical to ensure a seamless launch experience. Manage logistics for pilot programs, executive health days and phased rollouts across sites. Build a reusable launch comms and onboarding toolkit for all enterprise accounts. Training and events: Build and maintain training calendars for client-facing champions, HR teams and internal stakeholders. Plan and deliver on-site and virtual activation events, webinars and executive briefings in partnership with Marketing. Renewals and growth: Own the renewal process end to end, building the commercial and clinical case for continuation well ahead of contract expiry. Identify expansion opportunities across new sites, additional tiers and add-on diagnostics, and hand qualified opportunities to the sales team. Advocacy and referrals: Identify and nurture advocates within your portfolio, turning strong relationships into case studies, testimonials and referenceable stories. Facilitate warm introductions and referrals into client networks to support new business pipeline. Reporting and voice of customer: Maintain accurate account records in HubSpot, including utilisation, renewal dates and key contacts. Represent client feedback internally to shape product and clinical roadmap priorities. What we're looking for: Experience: 3+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or client services, ideally in B2B health, benefits, insurance or a related enterprise services environment. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives. Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life. We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks. Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be. We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost. If that excites you, we would love to hear from you. Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office.
