Role Description This is a full-time role remote anywhere in Japan for an Enterprise Account Manager, Bilingual - Japanese/English based in Tokyo, Japan. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English. While the role is primarily office-based in Tokyo, some work from home is acceptable. Key Responsibilites Cultivate enduring customer relationships to boost loyalty and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our products. Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback to refine our customer service strategies and policies. Deeply understand our products to provide comprehensive technical support and effectively guide new customers through the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and uphold our standard of customer success. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management, preferably in the banking/financial services industry. Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Proficiency in new business development and sales operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in globally distributed teams. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Relevant experience in the technology or consultancy industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
