Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business and global leader in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, ESG, and Operational Excellence software, is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager / Sales Executive to drive growth of the Enablon Vision Platform across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving new business and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will work closely with solution consultants, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership to deliver value-driven platform solutions that help organisations improve operational performance, digital transformation, sustainability, worker safety, compliance, and business resilience. The successful candidate may support one of Enablon's European sales teams and will play a key role in expanding the adoption of the Vision Platform across strategic enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for the Enablon Vision Platform across Europe.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand platform adoption and increase customer value.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product management, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and account plans using CRM tools.
- Understand customer business challenges and align Enablon's Vision Platform capabilities to strategic business objectives.
- Position Enablon as a trusted partner for EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Operational Excellence, Compliance, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Represent Enablon at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Experience selling complex enterprise platform solutions to large organisations across Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and multiple stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Proven success managing long and sophisticated enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel across Europe as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling EHS, ESG, Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Compliance, Risk Management, Connected Worker, Industrial Transformation, or related enterprise software solutions.
- Experience selling multi-solution or platform-based software portfolios rather than standalone point solutions.
- Knowledge of asset-intensive and industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Food & Beverage, Logistics & Transportation, Aviation, Rail, Metals, and Industrial Services
- Experience working within a matrixed, international organisation.
- Multilingual capabilities would be advantageous.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Developing strong executive-level relationships within strategic accounts.
- Growing market share and pipeline opportunities across the European region.
- Expanding adoption of the Enablon Vision Platform across new and existing customers.
- Delivering measurable business outcomes through digital transformation, sustainability, operational excellence, and risk management initiatives.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Enablon business.
