Enterprise Architect – SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)

Job Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives centered around SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . This strategic role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, business transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, integration strategies, and technology standards that align business objectives with SAP capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, business process transformation, SAP cloud solutions, integration architecture, data strategy, and organizational change management. Leaders and doers needed. We are looking for architects who can define enterprise strategy while actively guiding solution design and implementation teams throughout the transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Strategy Define enterprise-wide architecture vision, principles, and standards. Develop target-state business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures. Align business objectives with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities. Establish enterprise transformation roadmaps and modernization strategies. Ensure architectural alignment across all transformation initiatives. Business Transformation Leadership Lead enterprise-wide business process transformation initiatives. Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodologies. Facilitate executive workshops and business architecture discussions. Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization. Support organizational change and digital transformation initiatives. SAP GROW Architecture Governance Establish architecture governance frameworks and decision-making processes. Define standards for: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SAP BTP SAP Integration Suite SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Datasphere SAP Build Solutions Security & Identity Management Review and approve solution designs across programs and projects. Integration & Technology Architecture Define enterprise integration strategies. Establish API-first and event-driven architecture approaches. Design hybrid cloud and multi-system integration frameworks. Oversee SAP and non-SAP application integration architecture. Promote clean-core and cloud-first design principles. Data & Analytics Strategy Define enterprise data governance and master data strategies. Support analytics and reporting architecture using: SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Ensure consistency, quality, and governance of enterprise data assets. Stakeholder & Executive Leadership Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders. Support steering committees and transformation governance boards. Provide architectural guidance throughout the program lifecycle. Mentor solution architects and functional leaders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of enterprise architecture, ERP transformation, or SAP consulting experience. Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Deep expertise in: Enterprise Architecture Frameworks SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SAP GROW Business Process Transformation Cloud Strategy & Governance Integration Architecture Data Architecture Strong understanding of: SAP Activate Methodology SAP Best Practices Clean Core Principles Fit-to-Standard Approach Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF or equivalent). SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification. SAP Solution Architect Certification. Experience with: SAP BTP SAP Integration Suite SAP Signavio SAP Cloud ALM SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Datasphere SAP MDG Cloud Security & Identity Management Experience supporting global and multi-country transformation programs.
