Job Description

Role Summary:

Galvanize is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth across our enterprise training and workforce development solutions. This role will play a critical part in accelerating the Galvanize mission to help organizations build the skilled talent they need for an AI-driven future. By creating new enterprise relationships and expanding access to our training solutions, the Enterprise Sales Manager will directly contribute to the growth and impact of Galvanize across the workforce development landscape.

This is a highly proactive, quota-carrying sales role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers, generating pipeline, and closing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, strategic outreach, relationship building, and consistent execution against ambitious revenue targets. We are looking for someone who is energized by creating opportunities, opening new doors, and winning new business.

While our sales approach is consultative and solution-oriented, this role is not focused on account maintenance or customer success. The primary responsibility is driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Galvanize learning and workforce development solutions.

You will thrive here if you enjoy building something from nothing. You're energized by prospecting, opening new doors, and engaging senior decision-makers. You are persistent, resourceful, and motivated by ambitious goals. You don't wait for opportunities to come to you, you create them.

If you're excited by the challenge of identifying new customers, solving workforce development challenges, and winning business in a competitive market, you'll be successful at Galvanize.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

● Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach

● Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution

● Generate new opportunities that support quarterly and annual revenue targets

● Engage senior business leaders to understand workforce development challenges and talent priorities

● Present tailored learning and workforce development solutions that align with customer goals

● Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and procurement teams

● Advance opportunities through qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close

● Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to align outreach efforts and maximize growth opportunities

● Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales activity metrics

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated track record of winning new business

● Proven success in a complex sales environment where prospecting and pipeline generation are core responsibilities

● Experience selling SaaS, corporate training, workforce development, learning solutions, technology solutions, or related services into enterprise organizations

● Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills

● Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers within large organizations

● CRM and Marketing Automation systems experience, HubSpot a bonus

● Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets

● Highly resilient, competitive, and energized by the challenge of creating new opportunities and exceeding goals

● While not a technical role, this role requires a foundational understanding of AI, software, data science, and agile concepts

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets

● Maintaining strong pipeline coverage and healthy opportunity progression

● Generating qualified opportunities that convert into new customers.

● Delivering accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management

● Building trusted relationships with prospective customers while producing measurable revenue results.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Existing network within Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, Workforce Development, or Technology organizations.

● Experience selling AI, technical training, workforce development, or enterprise learning solutions.

● Familiarity with software engineering, data science, AI, or technical workforce development concepts.
