Position Summary:

The Enterprise Intelligence Specialist supports the architecture, development, and administration of enterprise data and automation solutions. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing SQL queries, creating/supporting ETL and data integration processes, creating Python-based automation and data transformation scripts, and maintaining business intelligence datasets, reports, and dashboards. The role will assist with data validation, data quality initiatives, and reporting infrastructure while leveraging RPA technologies to automate business processes. The specialist will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, document process requirements, and develop RPA automations following enterprise development standards. Successful candidates will build foundational skills in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and robotic process automation while obtaining Blue Prism Associate Developer certification.


Essential Functions Include:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Perform basic SQL queries and support data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Assist with report testing, quality assurance, and documentation.
  • Support business users by responding to reporting requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist with development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Document business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Support data quality, data governance, and metadata management initiatives.
  • Assist with ETL testing, data integrations, and data warehouse activities.
  • Participate in enterprise projects requiring reporting, analytics, automation, or data support.
  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
  • Research emerging technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, AI, and automation tools.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities across Business Intelligence, Database Administration, Reporting, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Reports to:

Enterprise Intelligence Manager


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, automation, software development, or related technical field.
  • Internship, academic project, or practical experience with data analytics or automation preferred.
  • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Python, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar technologies preferred.
  • Experience in a financial institution is a plus but not required.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


Work Environment:

Hybrid Position (Two times per week in the office)


Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally to life, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
