The Enterprise Retention Marketing Manager is responsible for enterprise client retention, engagement, and long-term value through targeted marketing strategies and programs. This role oversees critical communication and change management initiatives, including product releases, enterprise transformations, and retention efforts, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
• Work with the Retention Marketing team to execute overarching retention marketing strategy for enterprise clients – spanning across enterprise advisor and home office audiences.
• Create, optimize, and evolve targeted retention marketing strategies designed to proactively engage and reactively save strategic business relationships.
• Own support for high profile, sensitive and strategic scenarios – building campaign messaging, segmentation, etc. for relationships undergoing mergers, acquisitions, migrations, rollouts, and more.
• Independently lead select high-profile enterprise initiatives while partnering with the Senior Enterprise Retention Marketing Manager on the most complex enterprise efforts.
• Craft and execute advisor communication strategy designed to foster engagement and retention across enterprise audience – constantly challenging existing processes to scale support, while responding to an evolving enterprise landscape and delivering a stellar client experience.
• Effectively communicate product enhancements to enterprise home offices and advisors, developing and executing multi-channel plan that keeps clients informed, educated and connected to our products and services.
• Work in close partnership with Client Service Management and Enterprise Account Management teams to define and execute strategy for keeping home offices informed and engaged – impacting this strategic audience responsible for enterprise client retention.
• Help evolve Communications Resource Center (CRC) strategy – including content, training resources, and enterprise engagement programs.
• Partner with Sales on recommendations for strategic retention marketing support, including Premium Comm Support, as needed.
• Represent retention marketing and communication support externally when appropriate, as a means to strengthen strategic relationships.
• Leverage usage data and client feedback to evaluate program results to optimize broader strategies and targeted projects as needed.
• Develop outstanding relationships with key business partners, working closely together to gain buy-in and collaborate on business objectives -- leading strategy through to execution.
• Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission by creating clean, concise, well-polished copy.
• Manage and build various email campaigns, including the campaign layout, segment building, design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email outreaches.
• Quickly react to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting strategies and deliverables effectively and efficiently.
• Share knowledge and serve as a resource for less experienced members of the team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of retention marketing experience including segmentation and personalization; experience across channels including email, in-app, and SMS.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Proven success executing data-driven retention and engagement strategies with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
• Experience using tools including WordPress, Contently, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with eMoney’s application is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $145,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
