We are seeking an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive (REMOTE) for a full time and direct hire role with one of our amazing software partners. This is a remote role for someone located in the United States and it does require a lot of travel. This role is remote, but you MUST be living in the United States, and you MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This role does NOT offer sponsorship, it's NOT a consulting role, and we do NOT work with 3rd parties!

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth within a portfolio of established enterprise customers. This role will focus on expanding existing relationships, uncovering new business opportunities within current accounts, and introducing solutions to additional departments, business units, and geographic regions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative sales professional with a strong track record of growing large enterprise accounts and closing complex, high-value deals. You will work with organizations that have sophisticated operational needs, building relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive long-term account growth.

This is a highly relationship-driven role that requires strong business acumen, excellent discovery skills, and the ability to navigate lengthy sales cycles and multiple stakeholders within large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 strategic enterprise accounts, developing and executing plans to increase customer adoption and revenue.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly expansion revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities ranging from five- to seven-figure annual contract values.
  • Identify untapped opportunities within existing accounts, expanding solutions into additional departments, business units, use cases, and geographic markets.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with each customer's business objectives, operational challenges, and long-term priorities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with new stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover needs and position solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, and buying committees, typically with sales cycles of 3–6 months.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives, operational leaders, and internal champions to build consensus and drive purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver customized demonstrations, support adoption, and ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and customer activity within Salesforce.
  • Travel up to 50% to customer locations, including occasional international travel.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a demonstrated history of successfully closing six-figure deals with large organizations.
  • Proven ability to grow existing enterprise accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and navigating multi-level buying committees, including C-suite executives and operational decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer operations, identify business challenges, and connect solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing longer sales cycles and driving opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or more, including occasional international travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, environmental services, or other field-intensive industries.
  • Familiarity with field operations, workforce management, asset management, or operational workflow solutions.
  • Experience selling into large, geographically dispersed organizations with multiple business units and complex operational structures.
  • Background working with enterprise customers where successful adoption and expansion require coordination across multiple departments.
  • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and highly autonomous sales environment.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
