This position originates and closes complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunities across UK, Europe, Ireland and may extend across EMEA. The role leads structured discovery, aligns regulatory intelligence needs to CUBE’s platform value, and manages multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior decision-makers across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. You are accountable for representing CUBE, and developing and driving new business across the Banking industry (Global Markets, CIB, Retail and Asset Management sectors). This may also extend beyond Banking to Pharma, Hedge Funds and other areas where CUBE operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities with a structured and compliant sales approach.

  • Run discovery conversations to understand customer needs and map them to platform capabilities.

  • Prepare proposals and coordinate demonstrations, pricing, and commercial documentation with stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting.

  • Build trusted relationships with prospect stakeholders and communicate value in a clear, evidence‑based way.

  • Engage C-suite and senior risk and compliance leaders across prospect accounts, positioning CUBE as a strategic partner rather than a point solution.

  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of Global Systemically Important Banks (GSIBs), Tier 1/2 institutions and relevant prospects across allocated European Territory

  • Coordinate internal teams to progress deals efficiently and manage risks during the sales cycle.

  • Support account planning, renewal conversations, and expansion opportunities where relevant.

  • Use market and competitor insight to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure sales activity aligns to governance, contracting standards, and ethical business practice.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, materials, and enablement.

  • Domain Expertise in Risk & Compliance: Demonstrates credible knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, and the operational challenges facing first and second line functions in financial institutions and how technology can solve those.

  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Analyses complex problems, evaluates options, and implements effective solutions.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively within teams, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues.

  • Continuous Learning & Development: Actively pursues learning opportunities and develops skills to improve performance and adapt to change.

  • Time Management & Prioritisation: Manages time effectively, prioritises tasks appropriately, and delivers work to agreed deadlines.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales within the Financial Services sector, with a strong track record of building and managing strategic client relationships, preferably including direct experience selling to GSIBs or Tier 1 financial institutions across multiple European markets.

  • Knowledge of, or having worked in a Compliance and or Risk function in financial services is essential alongside familiarity with key regulations.

  • Demonstrated success in originating, progressing, and closing complex, high-value deals, including multiple seven-figure contracts

  • Familiarity with RegTech, regulatory intelligence, or compliance workflow solutions; able to engage fluently on topics such as obligation mapping, regulatory change management, horizon scanning and operational risk.

  • Experience selling across Northern European markets (UK & Ireland, Nordics, DACH, or Benelux); additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Must have used Salesforce and able to navigate LinkedIn including SalesNavigator

  • Experience with using Claude and other AI tools to increase sales efficiency

  • European Languages would be useful
