Join our team and help build the software that makes networks smarter, more adaptive, and ready for what comes next.
The Role
At AppLogic Networks, we're passionate about helping service providers and enterprises deliver exceptional digital experiences. Our innovative platform provides deep application visibility, real-time intelligence, and actionable insights that help organizations optimize performance, improve user experience, and unlock new business opportunities.
As AI adoption accelerates, networks are evolving rapidly. From cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications to AI workloads and GPU-powered environments, organizations need smarter ways to understand and manage traffic. That's where you come in.
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer with a strong networking foundation and a passion for solving customer challenges. If you enjoy working with customers, translating technical concepts into business value, and want to grow your expertise in cloud, AI, data center, and GPU technologies, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a trusted technical advisor, you'll partner closely with our sales team to help customers evaluate, understand, and successfully adopt AppLogic solutions.
You will:
- Lead technical discovery conversations with enterprise customers and prospects.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and solution workshops.
- Help customers understand how AppLogic can improve application visibility, user experience, network performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate measurable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to address customer requirements and technical questions.
- Learn and develop expertise in modern data center, cloud, AI, and GPU-powered environments.
- Support discussions around AI infrastructure and GPU networking opportunities while working alongside senior technical specialists when needed.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who are curious, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Network Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a related role.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience explaining technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, virtualization, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, security, or data center environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Foundational data center knowledge covering compute, storage, networking, leaf-spine topology, north-south and east-west traffic, front-end IP networks and back-end GPU fabrics, tenant isolation, and redundancy
- Foundational knowledge of AI and machine-learning concepts, including the distinction between model training and inference, generative AI applications, and agentic AI workflows.
- Ability to read a basic data center network diagram and discuss bandwidth, latency, packet loss, connection rates, and traffic direction. Recognize that workload traffic patterns depend on the architecture and deployment; validate assumptions with customer data.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies used to deploy and scale network solutions
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and packet-flow troubleshooting
