About Origina
Origina is a rapidly growing global challenger technology company on a mission to stop unnecessary technology change by helping enterprises to extend, protect and enhance their software assets. We believe organizations should be free to run their systems for as long as they choose - without being pushed into costly, unwanted upgrades that don’t align with their strategy, so we step in to provide an alternative from the original vendor.
We’re scaling fast, with a clear path to €0.5 billion in the next five years, and expanding our presence across Europe, the US, and Australia. As a leading force in independent enterprise software support, we help the world’s largest organizations take back control of their technology roadmap and unlock genuine commercial freedom.
If you’re energised by growth, excited by change, and motivated to help customers challenge long-standing industry norms, this is the team to join. At Origina, you’ll be part of a bold, fast-moving global business where your impact will be felt immediately.
The Role
Job Description / The Role
Origina is looking for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our growth across Manufacturing and Logistics clients and play a critical role in expanding our presence with large, complex enterprise organizations.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for a proven enterprise seller who thrives on building markets, creating opportunities, opening executive-level relationships, and converting complex sales cycles into significant new business.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy across the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors, win strategic new logos, and work alongside a dedicated sales pod spanning Channel, Business Development, Customer Account Management, and other key resources.
You’ll engage directly with senior executives and technology leaders within some of the largest Manufacturing and Logistics organizations, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a median deal size of $250K+ and an expectation to deliver $2M+ in new annual revenue. This will grow year on year.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. Origina challenges the traditional enterprise software support model, which means success requires a consultative approach, strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to help customers rethink long-established technology and vendor relationships.
We’re looking for someone who is energized by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. You know how to build credibility in the C-suite, develop compelling business cases, navigate complex enterprise buying environments, and bring the right internal and external stakeholders together to win.
If you want the opportunity to own a strategic market, influence how we take it to market, win transformational enterprise deals, and make a visible impact on Origina’s growth, this could be an exceptional next step.
Location: This role will ideally be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
What You’ll Do
As Enterprise Sales Lead for the Manufacturing & Logistics vertical, you will:
- Own the Manufacturing & Logistics sales strategy, developing and executing a focused go-to-market plan to grow Origina’s presence and revenue across the region.
- Win strategic new customers through personal prospecting and by partnering with Business Development, Channel and Marketing to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue targets, consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas through a disciplined and measurable enterprise sales process.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders and longer-term strategic opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
- Build C-suite relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, technology leaders, application owners and procurement stakeholders.
- Grow strategic accounts, identifying opportunities to expand Origina’s footprint within existing customers and maximise long-term value.
- Develop the partner ecosystem, strengthening existing relationships while identifying new partners and influencers who can generate opportunities across the Manufacturing & Logistics vertical.
- Become a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of Origina’s offering and translating our value proposition into compelling commercial conversations.
- Bring the regional sales pod together, creating strong alignment across Channel, Business Development, Customer Account Management, Marketing and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline, providing accurate pipeline, forecasting and customer information through CRM and internal tools.
- Represent Origina, building our profile with customers, prospects, partners and at relevant industry events.
About You
We’re looking for an accomplished enterprise seller who combines commercial drive with the credibility and curiosity required to navigate complex customer environments.
You’ll bring:
- A strong track record of enterprise new-business sales within technology, software, IT services or consulting solutions.
- Evidence of consistently achieving or exceeding significant new-business revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- The ability to sell a differentiated value proposition rather than competing primarily on price.
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing CIO, CTO, CFO and other senior decision-makers.
- Experience developing new territories or markets and the confidence to build opportunities from a relatively blank canvas.
- An established network of enterprise relationships across the manufacturing & logistics sector would be a strong advantage.
- A strong approach to pipeline creation, combining personal prospecting with partner, marketing and business development channels.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams around complex sales opportunities.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach, combined with a strong focus on results.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel across the region as required.
- An approach that aligns with Origina’s values of Trust, Fairness, Relationships and Opportunity.
We see time together in our Plano office as an important part of setting you up for success. Particularly during onboarding and ramp-up, we want you to spend meaningful time alongside the team - absorbing their knowledge, getting close to our proposition and customers, collaborating in person and being present for the conversations that matter. As you get established, our hybrid model provides the flexibility to balance time in the office with being out in the market.
Don't worry if you don't meet ALL the requirements, if you feel you would be a great fit for this role, we would love to hear from you! At Origina, the most important ingredient for us is our culture fit and recognizing those that want to live our high-performance values of Fairness, Trust, Relationships, and Opportunities.
