- Collaborating closely with the CEO, VP Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to accelerate growth in your territory and achieve corporate goals, while progressively taking ownership of customer meetings and presentations
- Independently preparing customer meetings, presentations, proposals, pricing and ROI business cases, and articulating compelling value propositions tailored to executive stakeholders
- Navigating AI governance boards, IT teams, and integration requirements, as well as compliance, security, and contracting discussions with support from internal subject matter experts
- Building, maintaining and driving a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive networking, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-up
Success in your first 6 months will look like:

- Successfully create and close new business opportunities and customer expansions, demonstrating increasing ownership of customer presentations, deal strategy, and execution
- Build a 5x pipeline through consistent, proactive prospecting and dedicated networking activity
- Close multiple enterprise deals, maintaining accurate forecasts and advancing opportunities through our typically 90–180-day sales cycle
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling healthcare enterprise software solutions.
- Experience selling healthcare technology or services to senior decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CHROs, CNOs, and other health system executives
- Multi-year track record of achievement against individual sales quota, including success generating net-new enterprise business
- Deep experience navigating complex enterprise deals, with multiple stakeholders and influencers, including independently prospecting, developing business cases, managing negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Experience and evidence using AI in your day to day work to drive key outcomes, along with proficiency in sales technology and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new productivity, CRM, and collaboration tools
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and AI tools such as Claude; ability to independently use these tools for presentations, CRM management, communication, and sales execution.

- You learn new markets, products, and technologies quickly and adapt easily to shifting priorities.
- You have complete comfort in communicating and presenting to customers and senior leadership, and can independently build executive-ready presentations, proposals, and business cases.
- You're highly proficient with Salesforce and Slack, and can independently create and present polished Google Slides decks and confidently lead virtual customer meetings using Zoom.
- You're a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate and execute a strategy consistent with client needs, balancing short-term execution with long-term account development.
