Enterprise Sales Manager
About the role
You'll win and grow new enterprise partnerships with large advice firms, networks, consolidators, and national mortgage and accountancy firms.
We're a growth partner to the firms we work with. The conversation starts with their growth plan, the clients they want to win, where those clients come from today and what each one costs them. Then we work with them to deliver it, with enquiries matched to the firm, pricing that moves with the value they win, help turning enquiries into meetings, and evidence of the return before they commit and every quarter after.
That means working at senior levels, with C-suite buyers including CEOs, CMOs and CFOs, and staying with an account once it's signed. You'll work with customers to understand how they measure performance, and look at how we can move that number.
You'll work closely with Account Management, Marketing, Product and the leadership team and you’ll report to the UK Sales Manager.
What you'll be responsible for
Finding and qualifying enterprise firms with a real growth problem, through your own outbound and with marketing support
Running the growth-partner conversation: how a firm wins new clients today, what it costs, and where we can move the number
Building a commercial case the firm's own finance and procurement will approve
Negotiating and closing, through legal, compliance and due diligence
Staying with the account after the signature and proving the return alongside our Success team
Accurate forecasting and pipeline in HubSpot
Feeding back to product, pricing and marketing on what you hear in the market
What we need you to bring
Experience running complex Enterprise deals with average deal sizes exceeding £100K ARR.
You're comfortable outbounding your own target accounts, supported by Marketing
You're highly curious and want to know how a firm actually works.
You are comfortable with numbers. You can sit with a customer's own performance data, work out how they measure success, and say honestly whether we can move it.
You are comfortable and credible with C-suite buyers
We don't expect anyone to arrive knowing our market. The rest is learnable, and we'd rather see your application than not.
Useful, but not essential
None of these will decide whether we interview you, but they will be useful:
Experience in selling lead generation and/or selling into Financial Advisors
An understanding of funnel mechanics and lead generation techniques
A working knowledge of MEDDPICC and/or Challenger Sale
How success is measured
So you know what you are signing up to:
New enterprise bookings against target
Accounts that renew and grow
Forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage
