About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to join Tieto Caretech’s Nordic Market team and support new business growth across the Nordic countries.

Reporting directly to the Nordic Market Leader and being member of Nordic Market leadership team, you will work closely with Customer Executives, Business Developers and Sales managers across the Nordics to understand customer needs and shape solutions that address them.

Enterprise Architect translates customer’s business strategy into target solutions provided by Tieto and its partners and transition roadmaps how to achieve the desired state across application, data, integration, cloud, technology, and AI domains.

You will also collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions reflect product roadmaps and delivery considerations and can be translated into successful customer outcomes. In addition, you will contribute customer and market insights to the continued development of our offering and sales approach across the region.

In this role you will

• Support Sales Managers and Business Developers across the Nordic countries in understanding customer needs and developing solution approaches.
• Translate business and customer requirements into solution concepts, architecture overviews and proposals.
• Become a trusted Advisor for customers
• Connect with senior stakeholders at customer side
• Present our solutions and explain how they can support customer priorities.
• Coordinate input from Delivery teams and other relevant experts when shaping solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and delivery considerations related to proposed solutions.
• Share customer and market insights with relevant teams to support the development of our offering and go-to-market approach across the Nordics.

We are looking for someone with

• Has experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Can connect business needs with technology and practical solution design
• Has deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior level
• Is proactive, structured and able to explain complex topics in an accessible way.
• Is fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

It would be beneficial if you also

• Have knowledge of and experience with healthcare systems and architectures in the Nordic countries.

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
