We are currently looking for an Enterprise Systems Project Manager (with expertise in Exact ERP) to strengthen our entrepreneurial and dynamic team and support our continued growth. As an Enterprise Systems Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and delivery of various system integration and implementation projects. These range from ERP, CRM, and PIM systems to several in-house developed commercial platforms. You have a strong interest in defining and delivering projects that automate, simplify, or improve the efficiency of business processes. What does a day as an Enterprise Systems Project Manager look like? Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, budget control, and risk analysis. Engage stakeholders and manage expectations across different departments and countries. Adapt and optimize systems and processes based on business needs. Maintain transparent and proactive communication with management regarding project progress, challenges, and results. In this role, you will report to senior management. We look forward to meeting you. As an Enterprise Systems Project Manager, you bring the following skills: Proven affinity or experience in project management. Initial experience leading system implementation projects within a broader ecosystem of interconnected applications. Strong knowledge of ERP system (Exact) and CRM system (Dynamics) is required. A hands-on mindset, with experience in personally implementing solutions rather than solely providing advice on how to do it. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Dutch and/or French are considered a plus. Preferably based in Belgium, although this role is also open to remote candidates. You are a self-starter who quickly finds their way, takes responsibility, and performs well in an environment with a high level of autonomy and trust.
