Job Title: Enterprise Technical Architect (WMS)
Location: Virtual within the US
Overview
Core responsibilities focus your efforts as the technical lead for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Solution implementations for customers across the Americas region.
In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Warehouse Management space, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.
You will be the technical liaison across of key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical/Business Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.
What you’ll do
- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
- Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes, with regarding
- Lead Technical and integration design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline
- Lead integration design with automation vendors
- Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state/support associates
- Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction
- Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps
- Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
- Identify product issues analyze root cause, provide workarounds and provide inputs to product team on problem areas
- Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
What we are looking for
Industry and Product Experience:
Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions, either as a customer or implementation consultant.
- Experience delivering end-to-end WMS implementations, from solution design and blueprinting through deployment and transition to support.
- Experience across multiple customers, industries, and warehouse environments.
- Experience with ERP/host system integrations to Blue Yonder WMS.
- Experience using and testing APIs.
- Experience working with Blue Yonder Native SaaS WMS solutions.
Preferred
- Experience with other leading supply chain solutions such as Manhattan, HighJump, or SAP.
- Prior experience with a management consulting organization or supply chain center.
Skills:
- Strong technical analysis, solution design, system integration, and warehouse automation integration skills.
- Understanding of the broader supply chain ecosystem and its interaction with warehouse operations.
- Ability to present effectively to end users, project teams, management, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and coordinate technical activities for WMS deployments, manage RAID logs, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL, MOCA, and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Azure.
- Working knowledge of Python, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools such as Postman.
Education:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
Travel is expected within the US at 50% - 75%

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,023-163,977
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
