Entertainment Venue Booking & Tour Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Entertainment Venue Booking & Tour Coordinator to support the expansion of a performing artist from private events into public, ticketed shows and touring.

The primary focus of this role will be researching appropriate venues throughout the United States and supporting the venue booking process. The ideal candidate has direct experience in entertainment booking, live events, ticketed performances, touring, venue operations, or a closely related field and understands how venues evaluate and book performers.

Responsibilities

• Research venues and live entertainment opportunities across the United States

• Identify appropriate venue contacts, capacities, booking requirements, and availability

• Assist with venue outreach and booking coordination

• Maintain organized records of contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups

• Coordinate dates and other logistical details as needed

• Support the development of multi-city tours and ticketed events

• Assist with entertainment marketing or promotional activities when relevant

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time, 20 hours per week

• Exact daily schedule is flexible / TBD

• Candidate pay rate: $3-$4 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in venue booking, live entertainment, touring, ticketed events, talent booking, or a closely related field strongly preferred

• Strong written and verbal English communication

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable researching and communicating with venues

• Able to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups at once

• Experience with entertainment marketing, event promotion, social media, tour coordination, or artist/talent management support is a plus
