【岗位职责】

1. 基于家禽/生猪/水产动物福利、低碳养殖、可持续食品赛道，独立识别产业痛点，输出新项目立项方案、商业模式、落地路径。
2. 牵头项目全周期：技术方案打磨、试点养殖企业对接、资源筹措、试点运营、数据复盘、迭代优化，平衡福利效果、生产效益、商业可行性。
3. 联动内部研究、项目、行业关系团队，调用高校科研资源、设备商、头部养殖企业渠道，把创新理念、新技术做成可复制方案。
4. 对接外部投资、影响力资本、产业平台，梳理项目融资/合作路径，输出路演材料、商业计划书。
5. 沉淀项目案例、行业数据，对外分享，带动赛道认知提升；项目跑通后可成为业务线负责人。

【任职要求】

本科及以上，动物科学、畜牧、农业经济、食品、可持续、创业管理等优先； 有独立做项目、创业、业务线操盘经验；熟悉养殖产业链、食品供应链、农科技术落地； 极强的资源整合、商业判断、风险把控能力，愿意承担不确定性； 可高频出差，下沉一线养殖场。

有3年以上工作经验，且中文是母语。

Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence 孵化器内部创业者-智慧养殖方向 will lead the design, incubation, and launch of ventures focused on smart and humane livestock farming. This full-time remote role involves identifying high-impact opportunities in intelligent animal husbandry, conducting market and field research, and developing scalable solutions that improve welfare outcomes while remaining commercially viable. The person in this role will build and test prototypes, validate assumptions with farmers, industry stakeholders, and experts, and iterate based on data and feedback. They will also develop business models, fundraising strategies, and impact metrics, while collaborating closely with Myrias’ team and external partners to move promising concepts from idea to operational venture. Daily work includes strategic planning, stakeholder communication, documentation of learnings, and coordination of cross-functional resources to drive project execution.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurship and venture-building skills, including opportunity assessment, business model design, and early-stage execution.
• Domain knowledge in animal welfare and livestock or aquaculture systems, with interest or experience in smart farming, precision agriculture, or agri-tech.
• Strong research and analytical skills to gather evidence, evaluate interventions, and make data-informed decisions about impact and feasibility.
• Strategic planning and project management abilities to prioritize work, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple workstreams in a remote setting.
• Communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with farmers, industry partners, researchers, and funders across cultures and disciplines.
• Ability to work autonomously in an unstructured, fast-changing environment, with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to test and iterate.
• Fluency in Chinese
• Background in fields such as agriculture, veterinary science, biology, engineering, economics, public policy, or related disciplines is beneficial, though diverse paths into the role are welcomed.
• Commitment to animal welfare, evidence-based decision-making, and ethical, inclusive practices in entrepreneurship and operations.
