What You’ll Do Identify new business opportunities and validate ideas Launch new products and ventures from 0→1 Own product strategy, execution and go-to-market Work across product, engineering and growth Leverage AI to accelerate research and execution Speak with users, iterate quickly and make data-driven decisions Take ownership from the initial idea to launch What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional execution Passion for building products from scratch Comfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow Curious, resourceful and highly self-driven Thrives in fast-moving environments with lots of ownership Previous startup experience is a plus, not a requirement Nice to Have Built your own startup, side project or online business Experience with Web3, AI or SaaS Background in Product, Engineering, Business or Growth CODE University, WHU or similar entrepreneurial communities What We Offer €80,000–€110,000 base salary Performance bonus Equity potential Significant ownership from day one Direct collaboration with the founders Latest AI tools and technologies A small team with fast decision-making The opportunity to build products that reach thousands of users You won’t just join a company.
