Want to bring Lean digitization to the largest industrial groups, and grow fast in a team that's scaling hard? Let's talk.

About Fabriq

The ambition. Fabriq is putting European industry back on the map by making plants more competitive and giving shop-floor workers more autonomy. Beyond the software, the company is part of a bigger story: bringing manufacturing back to Europe.

What it does. Fabriq is the Operating System for the factory floor. Its SaaS platform digitizes lean management rituals (daily routines, SQCDP, QRQC) so frontline teams solve problems 3x faster than with paper or Excel. Now Europe's leading Lean digitization platform, Fabriq is building the agentic layer for Lean.

Key facts.

  • €26M raised in total, including a €22M round in June 2025 led by Expedition Capital.

  • A target of 5x ARR in 4 years.

  • 1,000+ sites across 60 countries, for industry leaders such as Safran, Airbus, Renault and LVMH.

  • 3 million problems solved on the platform to date.

  • A 110-person team that wins together.

    The role

Context. Fabriq is at a turning point: 5x ARR in 4 years, across Europe and a North American market that is just opening up. You join Johann's Sales team (Head of Sales), around 10 people, and work hand in hand with the BDR team, who source and qualify leads on priority accounts.

This role is built for someone who already knows how to sell and is ready for the next step: more ownership, complex Enterprise accounts, a category-building sale to industrial companies digitizing their shop-floor rituals, and a company in full scale-up mode.

Your objective. Close €200K in new ARR in your first 12 months, which means 8 to 10 new logos (sites or industrial groups). From there, a fully ramped AE at Fabriq targets €500K in ARR per year.

    What you'll own.

    • Evangelize the category. You build deals in a market that is still maturing, well before any RFP exists. You convince industrial leaders to digitize rituals that still live on whiteboards and in Excel.

    • Strategic hunting. You identify and break into SBF 120 accounts (France's largest listed companies) and Fabriq's 100 named key accounts, starting with the most mature on operational excellence.

    • Land and expand, from site to group. You turn a pilot site (average deal size €18K) into a group-wide rollout through master service agreements (MSAs).

    • Multi-threaded deals. You run 6 to 9-month cycles on average, with 20 to 30 touchpoints and 10 to 15 stakeholders per deal (plant managers, IT, procurement, group operational excellence).

    • Shop-floor first. You visit at least 5 plants per quarter, and you're as comfortable in safety boots with operators as you are in the boardroom with the C-suite.

      About you

Your profile. You're entrepreneurial at heart. You enjoy starting from a blank page, opening doors, creating your own opportunities and testing new approaches. You naturally take ownership of your work and build your own way forward.

      Must-haves.

      • Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including meaningful time in sales (AE or equivalent). Trajectory, growth and learning speed matter more than years spent in SaaS. Resourceful people pick up the industrial world fast.

      • Entrepreneurial background: Experience in an early-stage startup or an entrepreneurial setting (launching a business line, opening a new market, building something from scratch).

      • Track record: Proven ability to run multi-stakeholder sales cycles, with real ownership of your account strategy.

      • Methodology: Command of, or a strong appetite for, a structured sales framework such as MEDDPICC, used to qualify and disqualify early.

      • Languages: Fluent French and excellent professional English: you run an Enterprise cycle and present in English with ease.

        Nice-to-haves.

        • Knowledge of the industrial world (Lean, MES, DMS).

        • Complex B2B sales experience outside SaaS.

        • Background in strategy consulting or M&A.

        • Experience in a high-growth scale-up.

          Compensation & setup

          • Package: €90K to €110K OTE.

          • Incentives: Uncapped variable with aggressive accelerators for overperformance.

          • Location: Paris office, flexible hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days in the office).

          • Tools: Salesforce proficiency.

          • Travel: Frequent visits to industrial sites in France and across Europe.

            Hiring process

          • Intro call (30 min, video). With Edouard, Talent Recruiter. Goal: get to know each other, walk through your background and motivations, and make sure the role matches what you're looking for.

          • Deep-dive interview (1h, on site). With Johann, Head of Sales France, and Agathe, VP Revenue. A concrete conversation about your experience, your methods and how you work day to day.

          • Business case in English (1h to 1h30, on site). With Johann and Agathe. A hands-on case to show your strategic thinking, how you structure a pitch, sell value and communicate clearly.

          • Co-founder interview (45 min). With François, co-founder. A conversation about vision, ambition and long-term impact.
