Program Overview
This is a 6-month structured training program (some candidates complete it faster) built around 152 core skills; everything needed to become a well-rounded landman. You'll train under the direct mentorship of a Senior Landman with extensive experience in the business, working alongside others building toward the same goal.

The program is designed to develop the next generation of landmen through real, hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

• Learn and apply the core skills of land work
• Handle document and title research
• Gain periodic courthouse and standup title experience

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduates or soon-to-graduate students from an AAPL-accredited Energy and/or Land Management program
• Able to commit full-time (5 days/week | Monday-Friday) for the duration of the program (Typically 6 months)
• Detail-oriented
• No prior landman experience required; this program is built to teach you from the ground up
