Entry Level Financial Professional (Remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in financial services. Financial Representatives help individuals and families learn about financial protection and insurance options based on their needs.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a commission-only compensation structure. Earnings vary based on sales and performance and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with individuals and families
• Learn about clients’ financial protection needs and goals
• Explain available insurance and financial protection products within applicable licensing requirements
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and follow company procedures
• Participate in training and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience is helpful but not required
• An active insurance license is a plus
• Candidates without a license may be considered, subject to applicable licensing requirements

Training and Licensing

Training and licensing requirements will be explained during the interview process. Any licensing costs, training expenses, or other required expenses will be disclosed before candidates make a commitment.
