This is 100% commission with no ceiling — your effort sets the number, not us, and not some corporate pay band.

What the Job Actually Is

You'll be helping people who already requested information about life insurance coverage find the right policy for their situation, working entirely over phone and Zoom. Every lead is either inbound (they contacted us) or warm outbound (they requested info and haven't been reached yet) — nobody here is cold calling.

A typical day involves working through a queue of these leads, having real conversations about a family's budget and needs, and helping them choose from options across our 60+ carrier network. You'll log your activity daily and track your progress against production goals, which keeps you — and your mentor — aware of how you're trending.

How We Get You Ready

We assume zero prior insurance experience. Training covers product fundamentals, how to run a client conversation naturally rather than robotically, and how to handle the objections that come up. You'll have a mentor to lean on as you take your first live calls, and ongoing coaching as you build momentum.

What You Bring

• Coachability — a genuine willingness to take direction and adjust
• Comfort talking to people on the phone daily
• A U.S.-based location (this is a remote role, though the Roanoke area is a plus for occasional in-person touchpoints)
• The ability to pass a background check
• A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one — we'll walk you through licensing if you're starting from scratch

Beyond the Base Numbers

On top of commission, there are performance-based incentives for agents who hit certain thresholds, and pay is issued on a daily/weekly basis rather than making you wait for a monthly cycle. There's also a defined path toward leadership and team-building for agents who want to grow beyond individual production.
