How The Hybrid Schedule Works

We set you up for success before we ever send you home.

• Weeks 1–2: Full In-Office Training. Your first two weeks are spent in our Houston office learning our system, shadowing top producers, and building your foundation the right way, in person.
• Week 3 and beyond: Your Hybrid Rhythm. 2 days in the office for team energy, live training, and accountability. The rest of the week from home, working your leads, running client consultations, and owning your schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connecting with clients over phone and Zoom to help families find the right life insurance coverage
• Working warm inbound leads plus outbound opportunities to grow your income faster
• Tracking daily activity and staying consistent with production goals
• Using your office days to plug into team training and stay locked into your growth
  
  

What You'll Earn

• 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
• $800–$1,200 average per sale
• Full-time agents earn $100K–$300K+
• Daily pay + performance-based incentives

Requirements

• Houston area resident (Meadows Place or surrounding area)
• Full time, about 40 hours a week
• U.S. citizen or legal resident, 18+
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we walk you through it)
