A Recruitment Consultant will experience our 12 week training in our launch and ignition courses to become a high performing sales and recruitment professional. The Opportunity Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant includes: • Identify and target potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles • Build relationships with candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business • Present suitable candidates and negotiate offers and contracts • Prove expert market related recruitment advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our International Database • Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references • Provide post-placement support to ensure a successful integration into the role and organization What are we looking for? • Former sales, recruitment or client / phone based experience preferred • A desire for in-office presence with a start up, all hands on deck mentality • Fulfillment through KPI centered goals and targets and clear promotional expectations • A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create advancement opportunities alongside our experienced team • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Uphold the ‘Good Human’ ethos - Supportive team-player mindset for healthy culture and productive working relations • ‘Future You’ – Striving for self development & seek place and purpose in the build of LHi 3.0 ‘We not me’ culture.
