Job Title: Epic Resolute PB Claims Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims Analyst to support claims processing, billing workflows, system configuration, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot claim errors, rejections, denials, and billing issues.
- Work on claim edits, claim submission, and claims resolution.
- Support professional billing, charge review, and reimbursement workflows.
- Analyze claims-related issues and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve claims processing efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
- Strong knowledge of professional billing and claims processing workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting claim rejections, denials, and billing errors.
- Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Active Epic Resolute PB certification preferred/required, based on client needs.
