Job Description
This is a remote position.
Superlanet is recruiting for an Epic Training & Communications Coordinator to join our Managed Services team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that will be performed fully remotely.
This individual will support strategic communications, end-user readiness, and training-content development for Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, go-lives, and ongoing Managed Services engagements. The coordinator will partner with Epic analysts, project leaders, and healthcare stakeholders to translate complex system and workflow changes into clear communications, tip sheets, job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and other end-user materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate communication plans for Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, go-lives, and optimization initiatives.
- Create audience-appropriate communications for clinicians, operational teams, leadership, and other healthcare end users.
- Draft announcements, newsletters, FAQs, readiness communications, workflow updates, talking points, and stakeholder materials.
- Create and maintain Epic tip sheets, quick-reference guides, job aids, workflow guides, and related end-user education materials.
- Translate Epic functionality and workflow changes into practical, easy-to-follow content.
- Partner with Epic analysts and subject-matter experts to validate content for accuracy and usability.
- Update training and communication materials as workflows, system functionality, and operational processes change.
- Support organizational change-management, end-user readiness, and adoption activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, operational leaders, trainers, and analysts to align communications and education with implementation plans.
- Gather stakeholder and end-user feedback and recommend improvements to communications and learning materials.
- Support multiple healthcare clients and priorities in an organized, professional, and responsive manner.
- Maintain organized content libraries, templates, version controls, and documentation standards.
- Represent Superlanet professionally during client meetings, working sessions, and content reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategic communications, healthcare communications, change communications, training communications, learning-content development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with Epic or within an Epic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating tip sheets, job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, training communications, or comparable end-user materials.
- Healthcare or healthcare IT experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content-development skills.
- Ability to translate technical and workflow information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination.
- Experience coordinating subject-matter experts, reviewers, approvals, deadlines, and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with leadership, clinicians, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, go-lives, optimizations, or workflow changes.
- Experience developing communications for technology, workflow, or organizational change.
- Exposure to organizational change management, end-user adoption, or readiness planning.
- Experience working in healthcare IT, consulting, professional services, or a multi-client Managed Services environment.
- Experience creating digital learning, virtual training, or multimedia educational content.
- Familiarity with multiple Epic applications or clinical and revenue-cycle workflows.
- Epic certification, accreditation, or credentialing is a plus but is not required.
- A portfolio containing sanitized examples of tip sheets, FAQs, workflow guides, newsletters, readiness communications, training decks, or digital learning materials.
